You may or may not realise that Gallagher employs over 1000 people across three business units – Animal Management, Security, and Fuel Systems – so we’re truly diverse.
Right now we’re looking for people to join Security’s strong Hamilton-based Technical Support team. As a business unit, the focus is all about delivering state of the art security platforms that add real business value. We’re committed to protecting people and high consequence assets across the finance, education, entertainment, health, defence, corrections and airport industries.
So with that focus – as well as a strong ambition to continue growing rapidly - it’s critical that we have people to support our varied security customer base. That’s where you come in.
Ensuring our customers and business partners are confident and satisfied with the support they’re provided with - is a given in this role. We want someone who has experience in a similar role (ideally 3 or 4 years with Application Support Experience in a Technical Help Desk environment, but we’re also open to receiving your application if you’ve worked in a role with an information technology or engineering focus), as well as practical knowledge in networking, MS operating systems, VMWare and SQL. If you’re applying with access control or perimeter technology knowledge, even better!

We provide a 24/7 support function, so you’ll need to be comfortable working various shifts if you decide to apply for this role.
