Currently seeking experienced Contact Centre Team Leaders to work with one of our clients right in the heart of the CBD.
This role will require you to have good EQ and great people leadership skills. Relating to different types of people, building rapport and increasing motivation is the foundation of what will make you successful in this role.

Development & leadership of a contact centre teamAbility to induct and provide ongoing training across technical & EQ Management of rostersMonitoring of KPI'sConducting 1 on 1 performance meetingsManagement of operational tasks
Ideally needing a minimum of 2-3 years experience working in a team leader role in a call centre, service desk or help desk environment.
You will be required to bring your previous experience to the table and provide a nurturing & yet professional work environment, where you will lead from the front displaying high levels of integrity to your team.
