Ideally we are looking for candidates that have the following attributesProven recruitment experience, preferably in a Property Related fieldPrevious Real Estate or Property Management experience Self-motivated & dedicated to the task Good network or client base This role is suitable for an existing and high achieving Consultant ready to take the "next step" in their career or one who requires more flexibility. Whilst we don't pay a base salary, we do have a tiered commission structure that rewards your success and designed to put more money in your pocket. An OTE of $150,000 is very achievable (and would be a minimum expectation) and you'll be paid a greater percentage of the commission earned (based on general industry standards).
