We are currently seeking a Digital Business Partner to join the Information Services Team based at our Hamilton office. Reporting to the Staff Experience Manager, the Business Partner is responsible for supporting, co-designing and implementing technology solutions to business problems alongside our Gallagher staff.
The role will primarily drive maximising the benefit of Gallagher’s modern digital technologies, including Microsoft 365, but will be required to drive benefit from other digital solutions within the Staff Experience team.
Key abilities required within this role include the facilitation of co-design, empowerment of our staff with technology and communication across organizational units.
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- A relevant tertiary agreement in IT
- Needs and requirements analysis and gathering
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer serving commercial environment.
- Detailed understanding of Microsoft 365 platform.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are critical to the success of this role, supported by your proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
