Based in Tauranga our client's National Office team is a tight knit energetic group focused on growing their franchisee network and supporting their success.
WHAT IS THE ESSENCE OF THE ROLE?
Landmark Homes has a successful marketing programme which is producing high levels of attraction and consequently enquiry. The successful applicant will use their talent set to take the programme to even higher levels of performance.
The role reports to the CEO and will work closely with the Landmark NZ leadership team and their franchisees. The current Marketing Manager will remain within the team allowing high quality handover.
With our client's brand architecture in good order and their collateral recently upgraded, a central focus will be on extracting the best possible results in digital, developing video strategy and the structures and support to increase our impact at the regional level.
To develop and recommend the annual National Marketing Budget and 3 year strategyTo ensure the National Marketing Budget is providing effective return and is correctly weighted by channel Work effectively with our client's creative, strategy, content productions and partnersTo provide service to the franchise network by supporting their advertising, social media and showhome initiativesTo develop new marketing initiatives within the business that support's our client's brand pillars, premium position and place high value on meeting customer needsWork with franchisees to help them maximise local results through clear strategy and well executed campaignsTo follow and analyse market trends to position products accordinglyTo operate as the lead within the group regarding communication and presentation (including media liaison)
3+ years experience in objective setting and performance analysisA history of successful campaigns with premium brandsAbility to critically review strategy and dataAdvanced English skills (written and verbal communication)A strong track record of successful project deliveryYou will have already made a brand successful in the digital domainA critical eye to review imagery / design to both protect and enhance the brandResidential construction experience is preferred but not mandatoryCan follow a structured brand guideline to ensure branding is carried out correctly on all marketing platforms
