With the opening of the first MEGA store in 2004 we have kept up a steady growth – and you can be part of our continuing success by joining the team at Mitre 10 MEGA Tauranga Trade is a growing part of our business and we’re looking for someone with the passion to continue to ensure our store is the leading trade and home improvement destination/supplier for everyone from the home DIYer to the large construction company.

We are now seeking applicants for the challenging and demanding role of Trade Drive-Thru Manager – someone who has the ability to take on the responsibility for driving the profitability and operational performance of both the Building Products category and Trade Drive-Thru Team.

This Role will be Working Sunday to Thursday (45 hours Per/Week) and reporting directly to our Group Trade Manager.

You will be someone who can implement excellence in customer service, business development, systems integration, stock management, team leadership and exceptional operational standards.

This role would be an excellent opportunity for a results driven, self-motivated individual who can provide the highest level of customer service. Ideally this role is suited to someone with a sound working knowledge and experience in the building industry, as well as a desire to be the best in their field.

Candidates would need to demonstrate outstanding leadership, numerical, communication, planning, organisational and time management skills. Flexibility, initiative, attention to detail as well as a dynamic sales ability are other desirable skills we are seeking.
