About the Role:
This role is challenging, interesting and integral to the service we provide to our clients. As the Desktop Support/Field Engineer you will be supporting a variety of different IT environments, at times on-site with our clients, providing desktop and engineering support. You will be working closely with our clients so outstanding communication and customer service is an essential focus in this role. Your professionalism will be a key strength together with your technical ability.

- Onsite support across a number of clients (varying locations) – valid NZ driver’s license and your own vehicle are required.
- Building and supporting end-user devices (PCs, laptops, thin clients, printers, mobiles, tablets).
- Diagnosing faults / troubleshooting / problem solving.
- Network support.
- Windows desktop and server support.
- Building productive working relationships across a variety of colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
- Continually innovating in your work environment.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have had experience in a similar role, with a wide range of general IT skills. You will demonstrate excellent problem solving and communication skills. You’ll need to be a self-starter, with good organisation skills and attention to detail.
