A bit about what you’ll do

We have over 500,000 customers! As one of our CSRs you will be the first point of contact for all thing's customer related. This can be anything from billing enquiries to setting customers up for their energy and broadband needs across omnichannel (phone, email and chat), cool huh?! You are the one stop shop for both new and existing customers. Our opening hours are 7am to 7pm Mon to Fri and 8am to 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

You strive to provide customers with a world class experience, you gain an immense amount of satisfaction from helping people. You thrive from being part of a team and have a great sense of humour (let's be honest – who doesn’t want to be able to have a few laughs at work).

We’ve got a range of shifts available (including full and part time hours) and we’ve got some great benefits including health insurance and a discount on your power, gas and broadband bills. If you have any level of experience in async channel, apply ASAP. If not, don’t worry because we can teach you.
