Ngā mōhiohio e pā ana ki tēnei mahi (About this position)

We are looking for two efficient administrators with outstanding communication and organisational skills to join our clinical services support team. You will provide administrative and secretarial support to our consultants and clinical teams. This will include accurate data management, maintenance of our patient information system, and ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of documentation. You will also be required to undertake typing of medical documents.

These permanent positions work between the hours of 07.00AM and 6.00PM, Monday to Friday.

  • One is full-time working 80 hours a fortnight (1.0 FTE)
  • One is part-time working 72 hours a fortnight (0.9FTE)

The starting salary for this role is $49,580 (pro rata per annum). Our preferred applicants may be required to undertake a computer skills assessment.

You’ll respect the importance of maintaining patient confidentiality and will have demonstrated the ability to manage a busy workload. You’ll be bright, outgoing and possess excellent interpersonal skills, and will provide a consistently high standard of customer service to our team. It’s essential to have a sound knowledge of the MS Office Suite and Dictaphone experience. A typing speed of 50+ wpm and knowledge of medical terminology would be advantageous.
