The Business School is seeking to appoint a Programmes Advisor to join the Executive Education team in the GSM. This is a fixed-term part time contract for ten weeks, from the 31st of August 2020 to 13th of November 2020, working 22.5 hours per week, spread across 4-5 working days ( Monday - Thursday or Friday),
The main purpose of the role is to provide professional advice to assist individuals and businesses in choosing and enrolling in the best Executive Education programmes and converting leads into enrolments. The programmes advisor will provide proactive programme advisory services covering mainly public Short Courses administering enrolments to maximise revenues.

- Confidence using the phone proactively talking with clients and leads
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Administration back ground
- Some experiences and knowledge in marketing would be helpfull

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
