Platinum Recruitment are looking for an experienced experienced Administrator to step into a busy office environment that can be hectic at times, so are open to helping the team out when needed.This is a temp assignment, so we are looking for someone who has senior administration experience across the board and able to take the ball and run with it, as you will have strong computer skills and open to learning new systems/software and have strong general administrative skills. Your ability to pick tasks up quickly, be resilient and be able to meet deadlines is critical to being successful in this role.Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Word skills and excellent keyboard skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent attention to detail.Multi-tasking, time management, high levels of initiative and organisational skillsAble to work autonomously.Internal/external stakeholder communicationStrong XERO experience with GST, PayrollWorking as part of a close knit team where at times you will need to be open and willing to help out is integral to the role.
