We are always on the lookout for experienced administrators located in the Auckland region to join our pool of busy temporary staff.

  • Customer Service
  • Data Entry
  • Filing/archiving
  • PA/EA duties
  • HR support
  • Accounts /Payroll
  • Project administration
  • Medical administration

To be a successful temp you are likely to have the following attributes:

  • Intermediate to advanced MS office experience
  • Flexibility to take on a variety of tasks in a range of different work environments
  • The ability to hit the ground running and pick up new tasks and systems quickly
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • A positive can do attitude and self-motivation
  • Professional manner and appearance
  • Previous administration experience is desirable
