Job Status: Full Time, min 30 hours a week.Reports to: DirectorsResponsible for: Restaurant and StaffRelationship with: Staff, Customers, Suppliers, Directors, Local Authorities. Main Purpose of the job: To ensure the overall smooth and effective operation of the restaurant and bar with a strong customer service orientation. Job Summary: Some parts of the role are: overseeing of food preparation, checking the quality and size of the servings, the organizing of stock, ordering food and drink supplies, maintaining equipment, adhering to health and safety precautions, making sure the kitchen and dining areas are cleaned according to the standards, keeping records of these practices for health inspectors, and solving employee or customer problems.full job description upon request Skills, knowledge and competencies required Vast experience in a commercial kitchen.Good communication and self-organization skills.Fluid level of communication in English.Great level of customer service.Experience in food, work safety and sanitation practices. Yearly specific targets to be set in a separate document
