About the role

This is a rare opportunity to join our RPO solution at New Zealand Post, based in Christchurch this part time, 12-month contract role is your opportunity to make a real difference and put your mark on the business now and into the future. Using a consultative approach, you will provide expert recruitment advice to business managers and drive positive business outcomes.

Based in Christchurch this is a position which touches many parts of our client's business, including the national contact centre. Supported by a centralised talent sourcing function who are responsible for the majority of hands-on recruitment, your remit will be to build and nurture client relationships and support workforce planning initiatives in a high-volume environment.

About you

With a demonstrated background in a high-volume recruitment, you are someone who creates an immediate impact with your hiring managers. With exceptional communication skills and proven experience in the recruitment industry, you will make this role your own.

Able to react quickly to an evolving candidate market, your experience in high volume environments will ensure your success. Credibility with internal and external stakeholders alike will be key to this role, along with being highly adaptable and resilient. A positive and proactive communication style with your peers and colleagues will be key to success. Encouragement and mentorship of more junior team members will ensure your legacy in this position.
